Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Sierra von Buttons is a beautiful 2 year old classic looking German Shepherd. Sierra is very gentle and sweet. She is good with calm dogs or older dogs; she doesn't like to be jumped on. Sierra has done well at the dog park. She loves to walk & exercise, but can't really handle more than about 20 minutes each time - three times a day. She needs a special home with someone patient, who won't expect too much from her physically. Three walks twenty minutes a day is all she can handle. Sierra must have had some trauma before she was rescued, she continues to get stronger, but needs someone committed to her short exercise plan everyday. Sierra was in a foster home with a cat and was so devoted. She would wrap herself around the elderly cat, they were best friends. She has been living in a condo, she is fine when left inside when her foster mom goes to work. She is the kind of dog you can take anywhere. She went for a bagel with her foster mom, everyone had to fuss over her and give her hugs and kisses, she thought that was just great. She is always so well behaved. Sierra's foster mom is leaving soon, we need to find another foster home for her or a forever home. Please help us; we don't want Sierra to have to be boarded.
